This was over all a good resort. Good service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were over looking the sea. The swimming pool was clean and not that crowded. This resort has about 36 rooms . This is a 3 star resort but deserves atleast 4 star. Only draw back is the food in the restaurant is horribly expensive for a place like Puri. However there are lots of restaurants in and around the hotel for Lunch and Dinner. Breakfast was complimentary but the buffet should have a better spread. Overall a good . Tariff is however one of the highest in Puri.
Unfortunately staying here was a big mistake. Its a great property but absolutely no change or improvement made since it was built. Everything was seedy and shabby and smelly. The only saving grace was one waiter Dalip who served us at meal times. He was excellent. For the price one paid one should expect much more. Even the basic cleanliness was not there. It was a bad experience from the time I checked in where the staff were not willing to make small adjustments. Room service & house keeping were pathetic. They even replaced soiled towels the next day instead of fresh ones. They have certain rules like swimming in swim wear only, but each and everyone was swimming in full clothes incl the men. Its was a gross sight. Breakfast is till 10.30 but by 9:45 everything finishes and one has to constantly keep asking them to replenish the food. Tge whole service was shabby & sloppy.
I will not recommend this place to anyone ever.
Loved the ambience... the flowers and vegetable pots very attractively arranged. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful.special mention for the smiling service of Upendra and Soumya (along with others) in the restaurant and the swimming pool attendant and the expert massage by Priya at the spa. Food was excellent and value for money. Only wish they had a lift for older people who can’t take the stairs!
They do not honour the confirmed booking.we had a cofirmed booking from 19/11 to 22/11, (booked at hotel.com)but we were given a room in some other hotel (which was very below standard and far awaw in a remote place)for one night.when I tried to ask for the reason they said nothing can be done.the coco palms had avery bad room service and we had to ask for basic things repeatedly.the staff at the reception was mostly rude and uncurteos.they served me burnt berger in the room and i had to lierally shout and fight with them to get it replaced.please never book with them, there are very good hotels in their vicinity at much lower rates with good service and good food.
Nice hotel & friendly & helpful staff.
Close to the beach & hotel has a nice swimming pool.
Big gardens with nice coconut trees, shrubs & flowers.
Good place to relax and be peaceful.

Close to beach but not private
Food is not that great. Access to beach is not good. The water in swimming pool is very cold. Toilets near the restaurant is stinking . Definitely needs attention .
This was probably my 6th or 7th trip to this hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are not as fancy as Mayfair or newer hotels but are clean and comfortable. Staff is super friendly and food is great. Pool area has a great view. If you have kids, I would highly recommend getting a room on the ground floor - walkout access to pool and beach.
Spa is so so.. I personally like foot massage at the beach.. Very reasonable price (Rs 100 OR $1.50 !!!!) for 30 mins... What a deal !
We stayed in room no 119. one can see beach directly from the balcony. Very nice furniture. Ambience is excellent. Staff is courteous and willing to answer all your queries any time with smiling face. Wish vegetarian food could have been slightly better.
