"First the positives. The food was absolutely amazing. Their restaurant is first class and their wait staff was top tier. The parking lot was easy to access and complimentary which was great. Service was a 5 out of 5 throughout our stay. Everyone was extremely pleasant and made us feel welcome. Pools were nice and they also had an indoor exercise pool which was a nice surprise. Where I knock off a star is the aesthetics. The rooms are dated and need a refresh, especially the carpets. Maybe we just got an old room, but the carpet had seen better days and the flooring in general was a bit uneven (felt a bit lumpy under the carpet). Walls needed some paint touch up too. Would I stay here again? Yes, but it probably wouldn’t be my first choice for the money."

"We had a great stay from Friday through Sunday! The hospitality was wonderful, and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was nice and quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. We stayed in a junior suite, and it was very spacious and accommodating for my family. Overall, we had a great experience this is our overall to go to place to stay when in Ensenada"
