"Great location. Thermal pools were amazing and hotel rooms xtra large. Will be back. Only downside is that the room does not have a direct view of the arenal volcano… you need to step outside of the room to view…"

"Room was clean and exactly what we needed during our two night stay. Loved the hot tub. We did have a hard time finding the property as there was no sign at the time of our visit but gps got us 99% of the way. It’s directly across from the meeting point of the guided hanging bridges walking tour so we were able to walk over. You’ll be able to drive about 10 minutes to town. Parking wasn’t too bad in the town area during our stay and the hotel has parking"
