"Wonderful Spa Facility and staff. Friendly reception staff. Down side, no kettle in the room or water. Considering the number of people with mobility issues and think that easy access to food should be offered. All inclusive stay should be just that and throughout the day. Evening venue seem to be too small for the number of people."

"I checked in at 2:30am because I was in town for the death of a dear family member. The late checkin was because the funeral home gathering was happening the day/night of my arrival. I requested a late checkout during checkin, which the overnight front desk clerk explained and granted to me in exchange for a small fee, which I agreed to pay. The overnight clerk did not charge me the small fee at checkin so I planned to pay it at checkout the next day. At 12:15pm the next day, I received a call in the room from the front desk. They asked if I was going to stay another night since it was past noon checkout time. I explained I was doing late checkout, as arranged with the overnight clerk at checkin. They asked if I’d paid the 12 euros for late checkout. I explained I hadn’t, that the overnight clerk did not charge me for it at checkin, and that I would pay it at late checkout at 2pm when I departed the hotel. I said this was all arranged earlier that morning at checkin. I received another call from the front desk 10 mins later, a different person. They repeated the same conversation as 10 mins before; I gave the same summary of my conversation with the overnight clerk that I had just conveyed and again said I would pay the late checkout charge when I left the hotel a little later at 2pm. This clerk insisted that I go down to reception to make this payment at that moment. I gathered my things and instead left the hotel definitively at that time because of the harassment."

" This hotel is like home from home. Functional rooms very clean. A family run business that made us feel welcome asa we stepped in. HOSE at reception is friendlly, kind and super accomodating. The fresh fish everyday, all the fresh food they served was simply amazing. Ypu must try the white wine crispy but fully boded with a mellow after taste. We will be back to spend a longer stay. "Apartment was functional, our stay was only one night"

"Starting with the good parts. The recepionist who was working on Thursday and Friday was very helpful. The bar and bar staff and drinks were wonderful. Pool area was clean. On my first night I paid €25 for the buffet dinner, a series of items that had been left out and had gone cold. I had cold wedges, cold pasta sauce and unidentified "bbq meat" followed by tasteless cake and ice cream in a plastic container. Even though I had already paid, the staff didn’t believe me and I had to explain twice and then go back to reception to double check. The restaurant staff didn’t come to see if I wanted a drink, I had to chase them around the restaurant for a menu then again to order. They walked past me several times. Zero service. I put my do not disturb sign on my bedroom. However on Friday amd Saturday the room attendant knocked my door like there was a fire until i got up from my lounger and answered her. I was indeed disturbed, and took myself to the beach to be able to relax. I asked reception to make sure she didn’t disturb me, and this seemed to make her behaviour worse. On my last day she banged on the door 45minutes before check out until I opened it and was yelling at me that check out was at 12 and clapping her hands at me. Very aggressive. I told reception upon check out and they said they would make sure I wasn't disturbed again. I had to laugh at this point. Don't stay here unless you want to feel like a number on a conveyor belt. "
