"This hotel is super kid friendly. We stayed here for 5 days and it was absolutely comfortable. Housekeeping kept our room clean. The daily breakfast was authentic, fresh and delicious. The pool and the area was always clean. The noise level was always quiet and they did all they could to accommodate us. The restaurant food was great all the time. The hotel was also very safe. They have security walking the area 24/7."

"Very clean room and comfortable bed. Quiet at night even on the weekend which is surprising. Biggest thing they need are curtains or a proper dark blind on the windows. Clear blinds are not good. There was a little issue checking in as they took a little while to confirm the booking from hotels.com, but it was fine. Also no clear parking so you have to find somewhere on the local streets. As for El Cuco. Skip it. It's a locals dump."
