La limpieza del hotel muy buena, el servicio de desayuno muy mal organizado no hay suficientes mesas y nadie que organizace la entrega cuando llegas, estuve mas de 30min esperando y todo el que llegaba tomaba las mesas sin control. El restaurante es invasivo en su servicio de atención en la noche

Nice resort with a great pool.

The room and lobby were clean and modern. The pool is magnificent. It’s very large and the water quality was very good (I take care of pools for our vacation rentals and so I pay attention to water quality). The breakfast was quite nice. You can eat breakfast by the pool in the shade. The service was friendly at all levels. The resort is located in a residential neighborhood with nice houses. It is about 1/2 km from the beach, and about 3-4 km from restaurants via a nice sidewalk.

Hotel lejos de todo

Evaluación General: - No regresaría. El hotel está lejos del centro sin mucha actividad al rededor ni dentro del hotel.  - Se catalogan como 5 estrellas, pero en un esquema global sería solo 4 estrellas cuando mucho. Necesitan que la gerencia salga a paises de primer mundo para entender lo que categoría 5 estrellas significa. Para Uruguay que está bastante rezagado en desarrollo, creo está ok llamarle 5 estrellas.  Check in: - Es ‪a las 3pm‬. Si llegas antes porque volaste overnight la noche anterior, puedes pagar 120usd para hacer early check in. Si no quieres pagar, te esperas hasta ‪las 3pm‬. Atención: - En general los empleados son súper lindos y atentos. La única excepción es la señorita YY de recpcion que parece que atiende una caja de banco donde para ella todo es una transacción y no una experiencia para sus clientes. WiFi: -Incluido, aunque no sirve. Entonces, si no tienes chip para datos, no tendrás internet nunca. Desayuno: - Solo hay un restaurante en el hotel. No tiene un menú muy amplio pero no está mal. - En las mañanas, si quieres un omelette, tienes q esperar 30min porque solo hay una persona haciendo omelette para todo el hotel. Habitación: - En general normal. Un tanto vieja. La secadora de cabello que teníamos estaba rota y ya no funcionaba bien. Reemplazaron por una nueva igual de vieja y pegada con tape.  - El WC no funcionaba bien, pero lo arreglaron rápidos. - Los acabados del baño son de lujo en mármol,  aunque ya están un tanto viejos.

Nice hotel but a bit old and bad conserved

my first impression was quiet good, that was until i arrived at my bedroom where i found the air condioner where in bad shape. i had 3 terrible nights dealing with hotel staff because of the issue with the air pollution witch i am allergic by the way, breakfast was okey, but the music at the pool area (where i had my breakfast) was too hight for my taste . the hotel seems to have lost its category and i would not for any chance call it a 5 stars any more. response to several issues was handle unprofessionally for what i am used to.

Poor dj'ing skills, but friendly kids club

Our kids enjoyed the Kids Club and the pool. Staff was friendly. The restaurant is expensive and could do with an upgraded menu. Main issue the music played in the pool area. Both days for lunch the music was loud electronic music, not relaxing.

As instalações antigas goteiras por toda parte a falta do cassino tira a vida do hotel café da manhã regular mas a grande decepção é o spa Bem montado sem nenhum atendente aparente quando se pedia um horário para massagem não havia apesar do preço Us 130 por 80 minutos a resposta só temos uma massagista A localização é terrível longe de tudo dos bons restaurantesdo Cassino etc

Gorgeous hotel and amazing staff

The hotel is lovely and my hotel room was large with a great balcony overlooking the pool. The staff were the most helpful hotel staff of anywhere I've stayed in my life! They booked me for a wine tour at Alto de la Ballena. It was incredible! Better wine than I had in Mendoza! Only down side to the hotel is you need to get a taxi or rent a car if you want to go to the main beach area with the hand statue. The beach near the hotel has better waves for surfing but the sand isn't as good. The spa at the hotel has incredible massages.

Lamentable!! Tiene el aspecto de hotel fundido. Descuidado. Y al momento del chek in, llegué en hora , tuve que esperar más de una hora. Personal muy escaso , ( en número) . Falta de mantenimiento ( ej pintura ) . Una muy mala experiencia.

Hotel tem boa localização e conta com boas instalações (especialmente a piscina). O serviço de praia também merece destaque. Mas o serviço (em especial do restaurante e de limpeza) deixa a desejar. Em primeiro lugar, pela lentidão dos funcionários. Tudo é muito demorado. No meu caso, estava em um quarto com três pessoas e durante toda a semana em que fiquei lá deixavam toalhas somente para duas pessoas no quarto (e todos os dias eu precisava pedir a terceira). Além disso, houve dias em que retornava da praia ou da piscina no meio da tarde e o quarto ainda não havia sido limpo e organizado. Para completar, no dia do meu check-out não havia funcionários para ajudar a carregar as malas do quarto até a recepção (sendo que há uma distância considerável, além da diferença de andares).

Everything was just the way we expected it would be for a 4.5 star hotel. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Only two issues, all the staff were polite and respectful but somehow cold ( front desk and waiters). The housekeeper was the friendliest person we had interaction with. Other issue ( if you may call it that) was at breakfast, there was never any eggs available! The chafing dish for bacon and sausage was full but the one for eggs always empty ( not out of stuck, but never put any in kind of empty)! We had breakfast three days and was always empty. On a positive note the wifi was really good.

Needs some refurbishment

The resort clearly needs an update. In addition the wifi was out the entire length of our stay. Friendly staff and nice large rooms with nice bedding.

Passamos apenas uma noite no hotel mas fomos muito bem recebidos. O quarto é excelente, limpo, amplo e aconchegante. banheiro também é grande e limpo. café da manhã farto e variado. academia completa piscina grande e tem bastante acomodação ao redor de espreguiçadeira
