There was a slight accident with the shower where it started overflowing and water went outside but the staff handled it so nice they offered us a brand new Suite which was an amazing upgrade to our original room and brought us champagne so 10/10 costumer service. A few negatives.. the shower handle was broken. You had to go to reception to get a new towel which you need a shuttle for and not available until 10am. Sometimes a long wait for the shuttle. Also had to pay deposit for towel which seems unnecessary.
