This is NOT a four star stay. Front desk wouldn’t provide extra towels or pillows when asked. Told me it was impossible. That is a basic expectation at a three star hotel, let alone a four star. No curtains on the front windows, so a lot of light comes in that you can’t block out in the bedroom. ...
