Casa is the best place to stay in the DR, very private and secure. Staff is great, they will try to help you with any questions you have, and they really seem to like the work they do, making sure guests have the best vacation experience possible. Golf is great, but so are the beach, pools, and restaurants. All inclusive is the best way to go.

Most of the staff were very nice and accommodating. I had an encounter with the guy arranging airport transportation (third party via Expedia voucher) and he was extremely rude. On the last night, there were several roaches (not water bugs—house roaches) in my room. They did move me (this took place at 4 am) and gave me a number to call to discuss compensation. The food was not great, even for resort standards. The adjoining family property seemed nice with a good amount of activities for kids and a wider variety of food options. Overall, it was still an enjoyable trip.

All very clean, huge lobby and friendly and helpful staff. It’s a very family oriented hotel, even for little kids. But that doesn’t take away from adults amenities. The bars, the restaurants, the pools: you will keep yourself entertained all the time.

We stayed here 5 nights as a 20th anniversary celebration. The check-in process was easy, and we were very happy with the initial impression of the property. While we waited for our room to be ready, we waited in their Sports Bar and had lunch. Nothing impressive food-wise, and we did not visit it again during our stay. We had a room with a rooftop patio/soaking tub. The mattress was good, and they have multiple options for pillows. The rest of the room was nice, except that the couch was a pull-out (which we didn't need), but it had virtually no backrest/padding. The restaurants on-resort were great. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch at the Seaside buffet, which had all the same options as the main buffet. Our favorite dinner was at the French restaurant and we had a couple great dinners at the steakhouse. Relaxing around the pool and the beach, the staff was attentive and quick with drinks. Was fun to enjoy "signature" drinks from the bartenders at the Tiki Bar - we recommend the "Rafi Mule"! Numerous reviews will mention either bringing a float for the pool from home or picking up an abandoned one for your stay. We did not bring any, and there were numerous options left at the pool and tried multiple different ones.

Some of the staff was wonderful, so very helpful and accommodating. Marcelino and Danny were the absolute best at reception! They ere always friendly and helpful! George from entertainment was fun and a great dancer. Our consierge made no effort to acknowledge my friend’s birthday while we were there and the reason we chose to stay, but Jose Luis Garrea, host from many buffets stepped it up and took care of her with a special lunch. The spa was excellent! The food was just ok. No Dominican food served- that was a disappointment. We stayed by the beach and the room wad clean and very nice. Breakfast juices and fruit were the best! Beach bbq was our favorite! Great place to stay.
