****Note, this place looks like it is getting back on its feet after covid. It looks like it's trying to recover.
Cons
-Only two restaurants - No buffet - Maybe after covid it'll get open
-No entertainment
-No one at the main desk when you arrive you have to walk into the heart of hotel to get to the reception (I believe they are working on this)
-Language barrier - you should speak basic Spanish
-Food was a hit or miss
-Only a limited choice of deserts offerred which is fruit, ice cream, flan, bananna pudding, chocolate fondant and tiramisu (all inclusive??? No cake, pie or muffins offered)
-Only one station to get coffee which is the main bar
-Gargantuan amount of Seaweed on the beach - but it was the season for it
-Major maintenance needed
-No sports bar, staff entertainment or activities.

- No posting of designated hours for meals times
- Poor communication such as no specific on where to get your covid test done, that you need to pay for it the day of
-NO gift shop on premise-so you can't get toothpaste or sunscreen.
- No Spa or Gym
- Nothing is near by - No town, mall ect.
PROS
-Get upgraded!! To the Cayena members only-included sodas in fridge, digital safe, smart tv(netflix) & 3 balconies/sitting areas(real beach view) they might try to place you in building 2,3,4, where you can see the beach from a distance.
