Interior is good, however adequate training needs to be given to the Manager at Reception as he was boy aware of the check out timings. In the email it was mentioned 12 noon but he was constantly insisting to check out at 11 am. When we showed the email, then he said ok. This is an Integrity issue. Also, service is very slow. After calling twice we then get the room service. Property ambience is good but it has been made more conjusted. Pool is not properly maintained

Good ambience and Value for money
Very neat and clean property. Child friendly.The resort was like a small home kind of which has everything which you want to relax on holiday, good swiming pool, a good restaurants and very courteous staff, specially the staff of resturant was owsom.

Very quiet ambience. The staff were very helpful.Food was good. The bathrooms did not have towels or tiisue when we checked in. But,after request it was provided regularly.

We got a message from hotel a week before to pay 50% to retain booking instead of we have booked and got confirmation to pay at checkout by expedia. Anyways we paid the same to hotel to avoid last moment hurdles. On reaching to hotel their Manager forced us to pay the full room amount as advanced and rejected the booking terms. Even for our next two days booking full amount forced to be paid. Behaviors of manager was very rude. Expedia should clearly mention the same on their booking. About hotel : No welcome drink was given on check in. Room bed sheets were not cleaned. Service was very slow. No facility for driver stay. Veg Breakfast quality was good. But Lunch and dinner Food quality is average.
