Had better stays

Room 1 smelt of stale smoke and broken air conditioning. Room 2 had a broken window and didn't have an air conditioner remote, we spoke to a lovely staff member who got the air conditioning remote but window still broken, so offered to change our room. Room changed and window and air conditioning worked, however air conditioning flooded the room, had to put towels down overnight and still water flooded the room despite towels. Unable to access WiFi as we are UK travellers without a French mobile number.

Don’t prepay the breakfast

overcharged, the local price was 20% cheaper, so not a good deal at all, also overcharged by breakfast which was ridiculous, just old stale bread and weak coffee

Bed wasn't comfortable at all. Wifi is working only with France mobile number. Water in the shower is or cold or very hot. Its saying not smoking but clearly all smoke cigarettes where they want. You can feel smell in the room. And floor have marks from burning. Saying is air conditioning. Yes it it very loud. Its really old and loud, sounds like power engine near your ears. Room for 3 people is double bed sized because 3rd bed is on top of your head.your choose or not sleeping because of noisy air conditioning or not sleeping because of heat and no air in the room. Some people was with open doors just because its no other choices. I understand price is small and not expecting even 2 stars hotel but that one is terrible. No worth 7 of 10 for sure.

Quand PremiĂšre classe rime avec 5Ăšme classe ! Indigne est le mot qui rĂ©sume cet hotel ! Comment peut-on oser propsoer de louer des chambres dans un Ă©tat pareil ! La climatisation est hors d'usage (plus de 25 ans d'age). La propretĂ© de la chambre et de la douche est inacceptable. On constate que les serrures ont subi des tentatives d'ouverture forcĂ©e...Elles tiennent Ă  peine fermĂ©es. C'est tout sauf rassurant ! Cela en dit long !! Quant Ă  la propriĂ©taire, vue le matin au petit dĂ©jeuner, elle n'a rien trouvĂ© d'autre Ă  faire que de disputer ses employĂ©s devant nous ! DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e la veille au soir, l'employĂ©e nous avait prĂ©venu : l'hĂŽtel n'a pas Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© depuis 30 ans... Je ne comprends mĂȘme pas qu'une chaine d'hotellerie comme "PremiĂšre classe" continue d'affilier un tel hĂŽtel ; À Ă©viter absolument !

Mauvaises expérience.

Pas d’eau chaude, l’hĂŽtel proposait Ă  tout le monde d’aller se laver Ă  l’hĂŽtel en face dans la salle de bain d’une mĂȘme chambre. Chambre trĂšs sale et les fenĂȘtres ne se ferment pas correctement. Elle reste ouverte d’environ un centimĂštre au dessus. BĂątiments trĂšs mal isoler. Bien entendu il ne faut pas s’attendre Ă  grand chose de ce type d’hĂŽtel

Bonjour,Concernant tout ce qui était sanitaire trÚs propre rien à redire la chambre comportait l'essentiel c'est sûr c'était pas neuf le sol un peu abßmé par certains fumeurs qui a dû avoir la literie elle est trÚs bien l'accueil sympathique bon il y avait pas la machine à café de disponible pour les boissons chaudes pas grave et sinon j'ai pu dormir avec ma femme la nuit il n'avait pas spécialement trop de bruit donc plutÎt satisfaisant et recommandable d'ailleurs j'irai sûrement une fois tous les deux semaines cordialement
