"Had a nice stay for New Coug Orientation. The hotel was within walking distance from campus (~ 1 mile from the CUB). Didn't have to bother with parking on campus, but there is a daily charge of $12 per day at the hotel. During our stay, the hot tub was closed for maintenance, but we were welcome to use the pool next door at the Residence Inn which was great!!! Very clean, nicely furnished, spacious and comfortable. Liked the lobby space too. Hotel and elevators easily accommodated my mobility scooter.
Only complaint was the shower head leaked a fair stream of water out of the bottom and it would strike the metal plate drain making a loud, constant, metallic noise. Adjusting the head didn't help, which then sprayed water outside of the shower glass all over the bathroom floor."
