Pulau Rebak Besar Trip

Room very clean, staff were so kind and helpful- we booked our trips through the hotel and had a fabulous stay here . Highly recommend and cannot wait to return

My stay was satisfactory, although it did not fully meet my expectations based on the pictures presented on Expedia. The showerhead did not function properly, which was disappointing. However, I would like to commend the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness throughout my visit.

The pool was the best we’ve ever seen, it was big, easy to enter and exit and plenty of lounge chairs.

Love love love everything about this hotel. No regrets. Would definitely go again.

All the staff gave 5 star service. Everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. On my first night my room 126 had noisy traffic outside but staff moved me next day to 123 which was much appreciated. My room looked onto the lovely pool area.
