Nos filles sont tombées malade, je les ai contactés pour qu’ils viennent changer le linge de lit car elles avaient vomi. Ils m’ont donné du linge de lit pour moi le changer, je leur ai demandé de le faire. Le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer et pour terminer faut savoir qu’ils ne viennent pas nettoyer les chambres tant que vous...

"I’m giving this hotel 2 stars mainly because of the cleanliness and the overall condition of both the hotel and the room, which felt quite run-down and in need of maintenance. On the positive side, the staff were kind and helpful, and the location is definitely a strong point. However, considering the price we paid (over €100 per night, almost 500 MYR), I don’t feel it offers good value for money. For that reason, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless improvements are made."
