Our Junior Suite fulfilled all our requirements and Valentina, who runs the property, was exceptionally kind and attentive. The location was fairly central yet quiet, with a supermarket opposite and a choice of excellent restaurants nearby. My wife found some of the pavements and crossings a challenge on her mobility scooter. Why set out a pedestrian crossing with a smooth ramp on one side of the road and an 8-inch kerb on the other??!!

Perfect place. Lovely room with 2 balconies on a busy but pedestrian street. Restaurants directly below but good sound insulation in the room and solid shutters. Very Friendly and Helpful.

A wonderful intimate gem within walking distance to all attractions of Cagliari with plenty of bars and restaurants. Rooms clean and fresh ,comfortable beds and spectacular views over Cagliari. Fantastic host in Laura, on hand for help and advice and providing fresh produce for breakfast Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Staff were very helpful, good breakfast with individual service

Very quick and simple check in. The room was on a hallway of about 5 rooms with a common terrace. The room had pretty much everything we needed, including a fridge and air-conditioning which was much needed. All in all a great experience!

Clean rooms and friendly staff

Very well situated

Really nice rooms, spacious and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

What a fantastic stay! The room was exceptionally new, spotless, and finished to a very high standard. Everything felt fresh, modern, and impeccably maintained. The host was professional, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay, always happy to help and making us feel genuinely looked after. The location is another huge plus. It’s close to the city centre to explore Cagliari easily on foot, while still offering a comfortable and relaxing base. I couldn’t have asked for a...
