"Great spot, great host that second visit there has always been delightful to stay at so happy to make this a permanent spot for when I need to travel north and spend the night. Neighbouring restaurant was a bit of a let down sadly."

We had an enjoyable three night stay. Friendly and helpful hosts.
Our unit had a large comfortable bed, a sofa and a table and two chairs.
Separate en suite shower and toilet room. Plenty of hot water.
Small kitchenette with fridge, two-ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, frying pan and utensils.
Table and two chairs outside on a small deck in a garden area.
Parking right outside the unit.

Great location, just a few minutes walk into town. The receptionist was very helpful on our arrival. It was a lovely little unit, with a patio and chairs out front. The whole site is impeccable. Unfortunately due to bad weather we didn't have the opportunity to use the pool or hut tub, but they both looked very inviting.

Lovely stay. A great find. Quiet and well maintained. Did get the chance to use the pool. Close to the town and tourist area. Hosts provided all we needed. Would recommend.

We arrived at little early but was made very welcome by Helen. Given tea & coffee. Our room was pristine, spacious, towels & tea & coffee making facilities with free tea, coffee and milk. The bedding were covered with a thick mattress topper for added comfort. Good pillows. Television. The well equipped kitchen had everything you need. The beautiful grounds included a hot tub & swimming pool, towels provided. The walks through the grounds led us to the river with waterfalls and fairy pools....

Only stayed one night, but would definitely stay again. Booked the luxury queen room and paid a reasonable rate for a solo traveller on a budget. Room opened out onto the skimming pool (great as it was a very hot day) with Haruru falls in the background. Around 3 miles from Waitangi Treaty Ground, this hotel was a similar distance from some great beaches and there would be more than enough to do for several days here (maybe not a whole week tho). Hotel doesn't offer food, but there are more than...
