Pujang-gol Trip

Perfect location, very central and the room was in perfect condition and had all the necessary amenities. Another plus is the many nice cafes around the hotel.

Hotel was clean and comfortable to stay in. Location was also great with direct subway access and many bus options right outside. I stayed for the second time in Room 2601, but two reported room faults weren’t rectified from my last stay. 1. Cabinet hinge for the in-room fridge is almost falling apart. 2. Bathroom glass door scrapes the floor tile whenever opening/closing, raising safety risk. I hope this would be looked into as soon as possible. Hotel staff Ms Joy was exceptionally great in her service. She was patient and it was really nice of her to provide early check-in when I arrived very early.

The room was so clean and the staff are very courteous. We love staying at ROKAUS

Very nice hotel in a convenient location.clean room and comfortable bed.breakfast was okay.not much option but good. Reception was nice and ready to help.
