"The staff were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. I had severe food poisoning and my travel companion needed medical assistance. The cleaner was amazing, getting help and cleaning the room. We're both very grateful for the professionalism and support. In terms of the room, it was exactly as described. However, there is no fridge or kettle. A kettle would have been very welcome - something to consider?"

"An impressive hotel which has been beautifully designed and finished to a very high standard. The pools were all excellent (rooftop jacuzzi a real treat), the landscaping and grounds were beautifully maintained, breakfast was delicious and varied but it was the staff that were the highlight of our stay - everyone was so friendly and more than happy to help!
