"The owner refused to provide accommodation stating that he did not have any information on booking of the accommodation. We had to search accommodation elsewhere. In this process our driver was panalised for helping us because he had to park the car in no parking zone."

"We had booked the aforesaid property for 2 days, 26th dec and 27th dec ,were not accommodated since they were already booked although showing vacant thru your website. After repeated calls from customer care we were *not* reallocated for different dates or location,which is beyond expectation from your reputed company. We believed on Expedia but....it was total harrasment n failure."
