Puget Sound Go Karting Association Track

I checked in around 9:00 AM and approached the front desk. The staff member asked for my identification, returned it, and instructed me to wait to the side. After waiting for about 25 minutes with no update, I approached her again to ask what I was waiting for. Only then was I informed that check-in time is at 12:00 noon. This information should have been communicated to me from the beginning so I wouldn’t have wasted my time waiting unnecessarily. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and consider this poor customer service.

For the price of the hotel, the rooms should have been renovated. The rooms looked like they really needed work.

Room was clean but never seemed to cool off sufficiently. Pretty pool area. Property is very spread out so be prepared to walk.
