"While the staff were quite accommodating, the day time manager was quite rude. The room we had booked on the site wasn't available but she refused to even acknowledge that the room even existed. Since there was a festival on we had little choice but to accept another room at the higher price of the original booking."

"The property had one person that spoke some English, sadly I had no Spanish. I communicated with a translator app, and the staff were terrific in coping with this. The hotel is attached to the mall so it has easy access to eating and shopping. Showers are great in the room, the wifi dropped signal couple of times, but after I mentioned it via the translation app, they reset it and it performed well for the 5 days I was there. The air conditioning was great ( needed due to the heat and humidity) of Barrancabermeja. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit, cereal, and a cooked selection as well, which was included in the price of the room. Staff were courteous and friendly, I would have no hesitation in staying here again"
