"We enjoyed our stay. All staff were very friendly and extremley helpful. One slightly bad thing that happened was that on their end our reservation was listed for Tuesday through Thursday instead of Sunday through Tuesday. But they rectified the situation and gave us a bogger room. "

"This was an amazing property with lovely, patient staff, and owners who had an answer for each of the (many, many) questions we had. The area is beautiful and safe, and the owners make it a point to make sure guests are getting what they want out of a vacation. Thank you for nudging us to bike to Punta Uva, Eric. Next time -maybe- we'll consider rafting from the airport 😉"

"Everything was perfect with our stay. This is a beautiful property and I appreciated having Gigi beach Restaurant right across from the hotel. We had to make ourselves go and try other food because we would eat and drink there everyday. Also, the private beach entrance is beautiful. The hotel has security all day at the entrance of the property so we felt safe coming home late."

"We had the best time here. The property is beautiful and modern and the plunge pool at our bungalow was great. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and made sure our trip was great. You can walk to the town of puerto Viejo within minutes and be Oceanside in no time. "

Good stay

"So we booked hotel room for 4 people and we got 4 queen size beds. That was unusual but ended up very comfortable. We had apartment with kitchen and hall. The pool was small but refreshing after all day hiking or ocean salt. It is about 18 mins walk to the beach so that was not as cool. I have ne er seen these huge bamboo trees. Over all very good stay."
