"This is a large hotel, well run with basic rooms, well maintained, clean and well run. Breakfast (buffet) is large. The hotel is "family friendly", which means that some parents take leave of their parenting obligations and the hotel becomes noisy and loud, particularly at breakfast. The young staff running the front desk are helpful, well-trained, professional and smart."

"I stayed at the AWA for three wonderful nights! The staff was very attentive and kind, the rooms were perfect, and the food was really good. I had a very intense 90 minute deep tissue massage, and the other spa facilities were nice as well. I also did a kayak excursion, which was very well organized. Overall, a five-star stay - I just wish I stayed longer "

"Breakfast was fresh nevertheless a little change in daily menu would go a long way for someone spending five days at the property. Location was perfect ! Friendly staff. Oh..the room key cards did not work and I’ve had to make multiple treks to the front desk to get it reset. This is a known issue and disappointed that the hotel is not addressing this problem now. "
