Great hotel and great staff. Rooms were great as well. Equipped with a mini kitchen. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Everything was great. Pool was also very clean. Will definitely stay here again. It is a bit of a walk (about 8 min) to the plaza area, but well worth it.

I can’t say enough about this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it! The staff were lovey and went above and beyond. The rooms and property were spotless. The pool was clean and we were surprised to find that it was not crowded - we were often the only ones up there! We have two young kids and for us the location was perfect because it was just far enough away from the action that it was quiet and comfortable, but we were just a five minute walk to the downtown core and the beach when we wanted to go out. Thank you, Hotel Puerto Sayulita, we will absolutely be back!

The pool is amazing - heated and parts are shaded. Lots of seating on the roof. Staff are attentive and helpful, generally. But, it took them two days to refill our body wash after us notifying them that it was empty. They don't accept visitors at all. This policy is a bit aggressive. Sayulita is a friendly town and it's easy to make friends. I think it would be reasonable to be allowed to bring a friend over for an hour to hang out by the pool.

I had a lovely stay here for a good price. The room and property were clean, quiet, and felt safe. The walk to all the shops and restaurants in the center of town was quick and safe as well. And the rooftop pool was great after a day at the beach (and heated!)
