The staff were great mostly. Massage was excellent. Rooms had terrible AC if at all. No hand towels or face clothes. No fridge. Very musty and the floors in our room were dirty. Food was ok, but same daily and a la carte was mediocre at best.

We enjoyed the Property by coming back after a few years not being there . Maybe it was the time of the Year that we seen way more Mexican Clientele with Families.Therefore we ask to be moved to a quieter Poolside & more peaceful.
All in all we enjoyed our stay even so there started renovating & had a good time & would go back again

Not exactly what was promised online. We stayed for 7 nights. The hotel was having to renovate the main dining area and that placed diners in the lobby area. There were no other dining options without paying extra, which was to reserve a dinner every day for the following day. That left only their buffet which was very bland and not very good. It was much better to eat out but we had paid for all inclusive. Drinks were so-so. I expected much better for a tourist destination in a country that prides itself on making tequila and they didn't make a decent margarita. The entertainment appeared to be nightly DJ, which we didn't participate but could see and hear from our balcony, nothing else. Which could because of the repairs. Otherwise the staff was very friendly. The place was very clean and it appeared they were keeping up maintenance. We're not sure we will want to stay there again in the future.

Staff is very nice. They are all trying to make your stay memorable. Good for families with kids. They have a kid's pool with everyday activities. For adults there is a different show in the hotel hall every night (Latino night, Acrobats and magician night, Mexican show...) My family and I are very happy with our stay!

Gorgeous property on the beach with unique tropical feel forever honoring it's traditional national heritage. Palapa staff make you feel like royalty. a 10-15 min walk to the Malecon. Happy to stay here again just for the ambiance even though the price seemed relatively high given what other local all-inclusive resorts in this class are offering given quality of room fixtures and furnishings.

Although we booked a cheap enough package, the accommodations were lacking. There is no food available from 11:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. and no food service at the pool. The room we booked is definitely not the room we were given. Location is good.

It was very nice stay. Our only problem was with tryinh to use the vouchers for the other dinners, mu advice is to use them immediately when you check in before it becomes confusing

Staff were polite but not exactly looking to sort though any, even the smallest challenges. Way too much noise tolerated into the late night. Food was mediocre at best and only available at fairly rigid time slots.
For the price there are almost certainly better choices available.

What we did not like was the food. Honestly just terrible, we have been here before and the food was amazing. Not this time, just not good. Over cooked , cold pre made. No taste. Just bad...Everything else was very nice.

Had a great stay at las palmas. Was a little nervous because of some bad reviews, but I had stayed there years prior and had a great time. If you’re on the fence about this resort don’t be! it had very friendly staff, good food and lots to do.

We stayed many years ago. It's exactly the same and most of the staff are also the same. I booked two king rooms, but both rooms had two double beds.
The resort caters to Mexican's, and an older clientele.
There are some shops close by, but hard to find authentic Mexican souvenirs anymore. (Almost everything is made in China).
Cabbing it anywhere the cabbies make up their own rates.
Won't be back.

Smaller resort. Good pools and family friendly, although many seniors on hand. Beach was very nice. Food (buffet) not great. Resort could use a good fresh coat of paint and the weird tiny kid-sized stools around the only bar is slow low to ground… not comfy.

Noisy at night 9pm-11pm (crazy singing and show)
Scamming behaviour:
1. Try to put me in a standard room instead of ocean view with balcony.
2. Ocean view with balcony options with view blocked by palm tree. Offered an ocean view without balcony. No partial refund. Blame on Expedia for not telling them. Expedia blame on hotel to not disclose palm trees. Basically, we have to take the consequences.
3. Sales staff trying to push their products/ packages.
4. Racism and power dynamic between Mexican worker and tourist: case where birds was eating the food from my plate while I was away, Mexican worker don't give a poopoo. Nearby tourist rushed to tell me to be careful.
5. Buffet is dog food. Makes you stomach ache. The drinks are garbage. Very low quality.
6. Grey zone rules. Need to reverse pool seat early in the morning despite rules saying no reservation.
Pros:
- proximity to Versalles (5 mins walk)
- 10-15mins uber to Centro downtown
- nice outdoor pool and jaccuzzi with ocean view.
- nice view of the beach.
- dinner need to reserve 11AM for 6:30pm, pretty not bad. Nice sunset.
Good place if you dont need food and drinks at resort. Eat out in Versalles or dtown. Then come back for beach/ pool

Scary to use the elevators. Broke down every day. Front desk staff not very friendly. Bar staff were amazing.Most of the buffet staff were amazing Security staff were not very nice. Don't dare leave a towel on a lounger at 8:50 am as they will come and remove them as well as your personal belongings.All I did was go to the washroom and came back the towels and my bag were gone. Rooms were quite dirty, bed was comfortable.

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience. My high points were the staff and the fellow guests. It was a nice mix of Mexicans, Canadians, and Americans. The resort itself met my expectations and I was very comfortable. The line at the bar was usually short, or none at all. Drinks were good. Food good be much bettter. The beach, while beautiful, was all beach break and not what I would call desirable. I would stay here again if I was in PV.

The food provided in the all Inclusive package is just OK. Nothing special. Lacked flavor. Comparable to Nursing or Hospital food. Not horrible but just ok. Rooms were nice and clean with plenty of hot water. English is very limited with staff but they are helpful. Nightly Entertainment was enjoyable. Adult pool was a nice option. There is very limited parking.

The staff was great friendly happy. Food was ok but not much variety. Alot of the same foods. Really hated the music playing at another place down the street till 4 in am
