Hotel is going under renovation, i can understand the current appearance of certain parts of the hotel. My room i assume was next. The aircon wouldn't really get cold in the room. My friends in a different room had to wear a sweater because their aircon worked really good. I didn't use the tv. From 200 channels, you received 20-25 channels. Every station was in tagalog.. nothing for an American or foreigners from other countries to watch. The staff was Very nice, especially the people in the restaurant area. I got to the restaurant at 6am when it opened. The sternos under the food were not lit this early, the food was cold. Go for breakfast around 8am, the sternos are lit and the food is hot. Besides that.. it IS a good place to stay! This is my 2nd stay there, i Will stay there again. It's less than a 10 minute ride to the airport. They provide rides to/from airport. If you play pool, bring you own pool cue chalk. I didn't use the pool, it was clean and looked good! It offers a great sunset over the mountains view from the back staircase. Most people would enjoy staying here. I did!

In front of the mall and accessible to the city! Money changer available beside the hotel! I don’t like that lights in the hallway broken for 6 days until we check out!Also no options for bread if you don’t want rice!also options for tea if you Dont want coffee! At breakfast!

Safe your money!
I’ve been travelling SE Asia and this is the worst hotel/hostel I’ve stayed in so far. The hotel is very dated and doesn’t look like the pictures. The room was filthy, I had ti keep changing my socks from walking around the room. Red ants everywhere on the bed and walls, no water pressure and extremely loud. Curtains didn’t keep the light out so expect to wake up at sunrise. Breakfast was cold plain rice, eggs and canned meat. Location wise it’s opposite a mall which has a few electronic shops and hundreds of fried chicken restaurants. It’s criminal the amount they charge per night for the quality of the room.

This hotel is easy to get to as it’s along the National highway, but there aren’t many attractions or nice restaurants close by. Free breakfast and free airport shuttle were nice touches. Staff was very helpful and friendly! Also the pool is nice, I was the only one ever there. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms.

My friends and I had a planned stay for three days. Upon arrival we noticed the hotel being under some renovations (which is normal), however upon getting out key room the AC was no properly working, the tv remote didn’t worked at all, once we were able to turn on the TV it didn’t have any channels and since it was an old TV we couldn’t even display our phones. We were a group of three people and only received two towels, not mouth it feet towels at all, only one toilet paper was available. The room was dark, the lights didn’t help at all with the ambience. Our breakfast was ok, eggs were cold, very cold… and AC was super high which ideally that would have been good in the room…

Staff: Rob, the waiter, and Jerry, the chef were great! There's a large pool table in the pool area. Just bring your own cue chalk. Large lounge chairs near the pool if you want to get a tan. Swimming classes were available if you wanted. Attached Baby pool too. The hot water shower pressure was a little low, the handheld shower attachment would not spray upwards. Room mini fridge, coffee pot with coffee, creamer, sugar were a big help.. especially when you're suffering with a 12 hr jet-lag. Bottled water was replaced daily in your room. Bottom line.. WILL stay there again! Airport rides.. about 6 minutes away are available without a fee. There's a smoking area if you need it. Breakfast buffet was Really good! Everything kept hot! A Good place to stay in Puerto Princesa Palawan!!!

Great hotel great location
I chose this hotel because the price was very cheap. But honestly the staff are really nice and the rooms are really good quality. The only 2 issues were that everyone has to slam their door to close it because of the way that the door is and another issue I had which may just be for the room. When you use the bathroom At times the random sounds that come frOm the bathroom ceiling are scary as sh*t , almost like a screaming noise idk. But the hotel overall is really great. The issues I have are not dealbreakers. The hotel is across the street from a very good mall which makes it easy to find food and transportation because taxis, jitneys and the little taxi bicycle guys are all out front. The airport bus was on time and fast. The hotel is easy for tours to pick you up from. There is even a money changer next to the hotel and the mall has a place to buy tickets for boats to other places. The hotel price may be cheap but it offers a lot surprisingly

Staff are great!! Rooms are clean and bed comfy. The only thing negative would be the breakfast.....it is definitely not the best, but that is really being picky. I will stay there when i come back for sure.

Right in the Mong Kok District
Hotel is 6 minutes from the MTR. Easy walk to Sneaker Street and the Ladies Market. Rooms are comfortable, but on the small side. Nice breakfast buffet. The front desk were helpful in making restaurant reservations and giving directions.

Perfect for a short stop
Stayed at this hotel for one night after landing at the airport before heading on to El-Nido the next day. The room is very basic but was clean and as expected for the price. The location is excellent, right opposite the new mall and close to the bus station. It took us about 5 mins to get there from the airport in a taxi. The staff were very friendly and really helpful.

First time to experienced staying in a hotel which ran out of towel! Waited for 4 hours to get my towel. My firend got their towel the following morning. The hotel is fairly new but the maintenance is so poor. Breakfast is nothing remarkable but location is excellent because it is located accross Robinsons mall. Management needs to wake up and seriously watch over the business otherwise this establishment will be ruined in on time.

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. Loved the location. It's right across Robinson's Mall and only 5-10 minutes away from the buses/vans terminal, which was convenient for me as I was heading south of Palawan after 2 days in Puerto Princesa City. The room that I was given is quite old, it's hard to open the door. But clean room & shower/bathroom. The person I checked in with was very friendly, polite and pleasant to deal with, the rest were not. On the morning of my 2nd night, I told the reception I will be needing an extra bed as there will be 3 adults (including myself) + one 3-year old staying in the room that night. I was told it's not a problem, it will just mean paying extra P800, which I was happy to pay and paid immediately. Around 10:30pm that night, I got a call from reception asking how many people are staying in the room. I told her 3 adults + 1 child. I was told that I have to pay P800 x 2 nights. I explained I was by myself on the first night and the person who I checked in with was aware of this. I also have already paid P800 in the morning. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name but I made a payment around 11am to the person on duty at the reception. The other issue I had was, I went to the pool with my 3-year old nephew and was asked a couple of times if I was an in-house guest. Who calls a client at nearly midnight and do they really think some stranger will just walk-in and use their pool?

Great Function Room for trainings
Location was great, right in front of Robinson's mall, so you can just cross and be able to buy what you need, eat what you like. Staff are very helpful and courteous. You just have to keep on request bathroom floor mat as they do not replace it after they clean your room. What I am puzzled is that the hotel is fairly new yet the aircon in our room malfunctions and the ref in my resource speaker's room is does not get cold. There should be regular sweeper to clean the surroundings as I have seen dead insects lying around for days (as my training was 5 days). Also, their Cafe should install the overhead wind blower by the entrance to prevent flies from coming in as most guest does not seem to know how to close a sliding door. Also, they should add more variety of food instead of just Longanisa (local sausage and chicken hotdogs). They should also have am egg station for breakfast, we were charged Php30 per pc of egg we had them cooked as we want sunny side up instead of their overcooked dry scrambled egg. What I really like is their function / ballroom: high ceiling and aircons are properly working. though the projector screen was small but since it is elevated, everyone can see. their cordless microphones are working. The speaker should be scattered all over the place not 2 speakers side by side on each side of the function room as it makes a feedback if all 4 speakers are switched on at the same time.

It waa our second stay at this hotel and veey satisfied. The wifi improved and the pool is better than our first visit. The only problem is that there were plenty of ants and the door has some problem. The card key didn't work well but luckily it was handled well by the maintenance group. Overall our stay was amazing

The hotel is way above 3 star rating. Close to major mall which has variety of restaurants. Public transportation is available 24 hours a day. Free airport shuttle is a big plus.

Lots of stuff to do just 10 to 15 min away . diveing . island hoping . in the trycickles they have posters of tours. we are right across the road of the big Robinson mall .. there is a big place for kids in the mall with small rides . rides for 1 and 2 peso.. we loved it here . could not have done better
