The room was huge and the property was beautiful. Jennifer in guest services made the whole experience better. She booked me dinner reservations every night and made sure I had everything I needed. Her and Anel made life easy! If you want a better experience, ask for them directly

Emotions by Hodelpa Puerto Plata - All Inclusive
There were activities for all ages: aerobics by the beach, bingo, mini disco for kids, night shows, etc. Gym was very modest. No mats, the weights were for men, very heavy.
