Our stay at Millennium Resort & Spa was terrific! Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and the large infinity pool is very refreshing with excellent views of the ocean! My husband and I will definitely stay again.

This hotel is very comfortable. The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly. The location was the best part, walkind distance from the best places to eat. The only thing I didn´t like was the suite I got wasn´t very cold in the bedroom, because the air conditioning wasn´t enough perhaps for the whole suite I guess. It hot a bit hot during the night.

I have been a recurrent customer of this hotel for many years. Hotel service has been deteriorating over time. I will not go back to stay at this hotel any longer. Aside from the staff of the swimming pool who do a great job, We were forced to sign at check in an acknowledgement on limitations the hotel imposed on the use of pool chairs that seems other guests either did not comply or were not informed. Staff at the front desk was not friendly, on the contrary quite rude. Customer satisfaction is certainly neither a priority for the front desk staff nor of the hotel management. Customers are disposable items in this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and major frustrations. On the bright side, the hotel was clean, the staff at Yalla and Aqua were friendly, and the food and drinks were great. Guests were from everywhere in the world; everyone was friendly and there was always a hood conversation to be had. The pool attendants were also attentive, setting up a nice spot on the beach upon request. The location was another plus. However, the negatives significantly impacted my stay. Upon arrival, I requested extra hangers, which took three calls to arrive. The in-room safe was poorly maintained—its batteries were held with tape and kept coming loose, requiring maintenance visit to unlock. Instead of fixing it properly, they just reset it each time. The worst part was the room itself. Every morning, a bird persistently tapped on my window, waking me up. The hotel did nothing to address this or offer a room change. The floor-to-ceiling circular windows had old, missing blackout curtains, so I had to use hair clips to keep them shut, but light still disrupted my sleep. The internet was down for a full day, making calls impossible, and overall, the connection was poor—not ideal for work or streaming. While the hotel has good aspects, the poor room conditions and lack of attention to guest comfort made for a disappointing stay. I wouldn’t return unless major improvements were made. You can go to the bar and restaurants without having to stay there.

First, starting with the Manager of the property; MEGHAN C. MAGUIRE. Ms. Maguire, was extremely professional and kind. Before I even arrived to the Hotel, Ms. Maguire reached out to me via email to make sure everything was situated. During my stay, Ms. Maguire was so laid back and cool. She was always willing to suggest places to visit or answer any questions. Her office was always open for guest to come in and chat with her. I felt like I was talking with a friend from New York. It helped that she spoke English. The staff and front desk were extremely friendly as well. ILIANA, YAMILE and ENMANUEL, were extremely helpful in suggesting places for me to eat, shop, transportation and supermarkets. Very nice and funny to chat with. MERY, was also a staff member whom worked at the hotel bar. She was extremely helpful at also suggesting great places to eat. I had a ball and great laughs with YAMILE AND MERY. YAMILE, was nice enough to place my food for delivery, being that I did not know the way some of the restaurants operated. I was in fact in a different country. I wrote everyone’s name in CAPS, to point out how these individuals, were so helpful and friendly. I would like other future guest, to remember their names; and have the same experience. The pool staff at the restaurant were also extremely friendly. First with the owner, DAVID and staff; WILSON AND MICHELLE. Thanks again guys for my amazing hospitality. May GOD Bless you all. I will be back soon!!!!
