The description of the amenities are not accurate, no bar, laundry is not free, drinking water you pay, can’t have guess, up a hill that made it Inconvinient to travel back and forth to the sosua beach with ease. The living area is small. The area is quiet and the people are nice but the property is not worth it. You don’t get the whole property as you may think based on pictures. Wish I stayed at a hotel!

A beautiful place with lovely hosts. Luce and Massimo are friendly and welcoming with lots of local knowledge and happy to make recommendations and/or organise trips for you. They prepared a delicious breakfast for us (additional charge) and also provide a mini bar in the room with extremely reasonable prices. The room and whole place is bright and fresh and spotlessly clean with a stunning view of the hills and sea from the balcony. El Mirador al Mar is walking distance to the town, with a good supermarket just at the bottom of the hill. It is dark at night though so take a torch if walking in the dark. Despite being close to the town it is generally very quiet and peaceful location. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Sosua.
