"Great view and loved the pools. Loved that one was even heated to swim when it was a little chilly out. Bed was a little hard for my liking but if you don't mind that then it's a great bed otherwise. Only thing we would complain about is more of a suggestion to the host... get a smart tv in at least the living room so guests can easily cast from their phones on what they want to watch on their own streaming platforms. Direct tv was easy to use but not able to watch movie channels. "

"Beautiful property. Clean room. However its a bit Overpriced for what you get. They tried to overcharge me for the "hotel fee" immediately upon check in. Just be prepared to over pay for everything and be hounded over and over by relentless vendors when you're relaxing on the beach. The town of Puerto Peñasco is in rough shape, and reminded me of the dirty sketchy side streets of ghetto Tijuana. But hey.. it's Mexico "

"Amazing place, owner really nice always on top of everything asking all the time if you need anything, the best spot to stay in Puerto Peñasco, the sea is clean and close, the pools are amazing and warm, nice bar, nice gym, it was really good for me and my family 100% recommend"

"The property pools etc excellent. Condominium not so great. Definitely time for furniture replacement. The bed dripped in the center. The living room blind was falling off the track making it very difficult to open or close. The main sofa sitting furniture was heavily soiled and we had to cover it in order to feel comfortable sitting on it….No blackout blind on the bedroom window which allowed the bright outside lights to shine full force directly into the bedroom all night. The Tuscan furniture was nice, but it was apparent that the owner was dumping other furniture in that didn’t match anything and only junked up the common area. The High outside celebration noise should have been better controlled by security during late evening sleeping hours. Not a great visit this time to Rocky Point."

"The blinds are see-through The sun just come straight in The noise from the street is loud The beach is far. Both rooms have lights outside that stay on all night. so the room is never dark. Would never stay there. Again. The condo was way overpriced. Better not comfortable. You’re able to fill the springs. Would like to see if I would be able to get a refund. "

"We love staying at the princesa and really enjoyed this condo! It has a great location on the property where you can see the beach really well, get to enjoy the sunset, super close to the pool and pool bar. Easy access to the beach! Great property for families! Mostly quiet free of the party scene and very safe!"
