"Beautiful view. Mostly quiet. The actual room could use some TLC. Mostly bathroom issues. "

"Las Palomas is a great place to stay. There are phases I and II. Phase I is buildings A-E and Phase II is buildings F-L.. they both have different pools and different points of access to the water. "

"The condo was perfect for my family of 4. The kids shared the second bedroom with their own queen beds. The AC has 2 thermostats so the back rooms have control of their own temperatures. The morning beach view from the balcony was the perfect view to wake up to and enjoy my morning coffee. The beach has its own private entrance for guests with 8 cabana style umbrellas. This is monitored by a security guard and vendors cannot come up to it. This allowed the safety of our items to leave behind to enjoy the water as a family. Conveniently at this location, you can rent jet ski’s or take a banana boat ride without leaving the immediate beach walkout. If you are driving, I recommend bringing chairs and a blanket to use at the beach. This condo does offer 2 in the closet. The restaurant “Swim” is located on the resort property and was delicious and priced appropriately. It is closed Monday-Wednesday. We did not know this going there, but we did eat at Emiliano’s (open from 8am-10pm) and Banditos (open 10am-11pm) on the other days. They were delicious. I would HIGHLY recommend this location and would gladly return! "

"Got moved to a different room due to a water leak. Accidents happen but we paid extra to get a ground floor unit and the room we got moved to was a complete dump. Cheap furniture, uncomfortable mattresses and the hotel only offered us a $35 coupon to a completely different resorts’ restaurant as compensation. Casago rooms are always dirty, cheap and poorly maintained. I would never recommend a room rented by Casago."

"The complex is nice clean and safe. However the unit we stayed in was very dated and the sofa couch bed was super uncomfortable. We had what we needed for the stay. "
