Owners were very friendly and helpful. This is a family friendly hostal with no partying, drinking, loud music. Made it easy to sleep. I loved the location, a bit away from the center. We had a rental car and there was an enclosed parking spot for us. The owner and staff were wonderful, kind and very helpful.
