"For the price, there are far better options nearby. The dinner and breakfast were horrible, plain noodles or half-cooked chicken. The dinner gave me food poisoning and I was vomiting all night. Also, the sheets and pillows feel like the ones they give out on airplanes. The staff are friendly and the property is generally clean but the hotel felt very overpriced for the quality."

"Not enough water to drink, only a small bottle to refill at the restaurant and the staff either keeps one waiting for ever or refuses to refill it. Keep in mind, the tap water is not safe to drink and the small bottles in the fridge are sold at a very high price. No stores around as the hotel is outside of town. Service is mediocre, breakfast food is average (starch and sugary), steak dinner was good. The view of the river is nice but we got the second floor, not a high floor we had reserved and requested by message, so it was not as good as we had expected. The bed is good. The bathroom plumbing and layout are bad. Shower splashes all over despite the water pressure being very low. It makes noise, so does the toilet for a while after flushing. We had to close the door at night because of the noise. The bidet has so much pressure, it splashes all over. Poor quality craftsmanship, design and (partially) remodeled. Not very clean ( hair in bedroom and shower etc.) Lots of noise in the hallways as people slam hard to close doors. FYI, the rooms on the “ jungle” side are on a noisy street, busy 24/7. Misleading information: The indoor pool is too small to swim. The hot tub is nice and not too hot. "

"Convenient location near downtown for evening fun. About 25 minutes from park entrance. Uber rides are easy and not expensive. Beautiful jungle style property with large jungle view terrace. Bedroom & bathroom very nice & large tv. Very nice restaurant. However, The street from rooms to restaurant is slippery & irregular shaped slate. Very slippery when wet. We used their complimentary golf carts every time we left the property. The young drivers were prompt and helpful. Only complaint is that room cleaning was not done when requested and they tried to do major construction work on room next door with hammer drill. Luckily, they agreed to postpone the work after strong complaint. But, all in all a nice place to stay. Would definitely return."
