We were giving the wrong room - a king instead of 2 queen beds, the man at front desk said he would put us in a new room the next day - he never did. Also, asked for his help on another issue and he just walked out of the building and got on his motorcycle. The photos of this hotel are misleading, this place is a dump! We found hair in the sheets when we checked in. No phones in the room. Pool was really dirty, so we couldn't use it. The bathroom had what looked like black mold and the shower head was filthy! The internet service was terribly slow, and the TV was grainy. I would never have stayed at this place if I knew it was this horrible!!! We would like our money back, this is a terrible place to stay!
Mal servicio. Aunque pidas que te den limpiando la habitación en la mañana no lo hacen y se justifican diciendo que se olvidaron. El desayuno no estaba tan bueno. Explotó algo de la luz y nos quedamos sin energía.
The hotel is ok for the money. Since we don't speak Spanish and there is hardly any staff we have met in the hotel can speak English. My flight was delayed to arrive after midnight and I called the hotel to inform them but the lady at the reception cannot speak English; so we had to ask a receptionist in our Buenos Aires hotel to inform them and arrange an airport pick up for us (700 pesos), which worked.
Good value for money - great to have a kitchenette and place to sit outside . The breakfast included plenty of fresh fruit and good coffee alongside the usual pastries.
The breakfast is excellent - plenty of fruit, various breads (croissants, pastries, etc), eggs, juices. The location is within close walking distance to the center of town, lots of restaurants, grocery and fruit stores, and the 3 country frontier. Given the quality and the cost, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. It’s obviously not a 5 star hotel, but it has a nice pool, clean, modern eating area, and good rooms with kitchens
