Puerto de Santa Cruz Trip

Was a very nice clean room and the staff were very helpful. Very close to restaurants and the metro, great hotel.

My stay was great from start to finish. Well designed, very clean, well maintained and the staff were literally fantastic. The breakfast is a plus too ! As a world traveller, my experience was indeed memorable, without a doubt. Hats off to the team

The front desk staff was amazing and helpful in every way. Our junior suite felt like a true suite. With two baths, we loved that. I do have some constructive feedback. The mis matched light bulb colors were hard for the eyes. No facial tissue is a real miss for such a nice hotel. Finally, as English speakers, having zero tv channels for us is another real disappointment. We tried both tvs with no luck. Front desk was sure that they were available, but they need to review and resolve. CNN or BBC international would be great additions. Location is fantastic. The staff and location plus room size gets you 5 stars as we were able to find other entertainment options. Thanks again to all of the staff.
