"Lovely little aparthotel. Simple accommodation, simple breakfast. Slept amazingly well and the pool on the roof is exquisite. We were not planning on having a car at the time of booking, however we did get one later and, when we arrived Saturday night, it was impossible! to find parking anywhere near the hotel. Even the lovely gentleman on reception tried to help us to no avail. In the end we had to park 2,5 miles away. Sunday evening we managed to park closer, therefore I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with a car, but otherwise superb! "

"Great location in Puerto De La Cruz, close to shops, restaurants and bars. You do get noise from outside in the sea view rooms. Rooms are smaller than newer hotels but has everything you need. Food was good. Hotel very clean and staff friendly. "

"Had an amazing time at the Hotel Las Aguilas. The room (truly a small apartment) was fantastic, and the staff was truly next level. Super happy with our stay and looking forward to coming back!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was lovely and the view amazing. We loved the rooftop. There was not enough space on the car park. We also made a remark to the reception about the lack of staff at lunch time: 2 staff for up to 35/40 clients on the rooftop. The staff was still lovely and doing their best but had to run from table to table. We felt sorry for them. In the evening, however, there was too many for very few customers. We saw the following day that the hotel listened to our feedback as there was more staff for lunch. "

"We went as a family of 3. The room was very good, very clean and offer enough space for a toddler to be comfortable. The service is amazing and the restaurant really really good... A bit expensive but definitly worth it. The gardens are really nice too. We really had a wonderful time."
