"We’d never stayed on the north of the island before and when we were looking into it, the price of this hotel seemed too good to be true. It’s excellent. The pool, the spa, the gardens. I genuinely thought they’d miss-priced it. The staff couldn’t be friendlier. It’s exceptionally clean. It’s going to be refurbished soon so it’ll be even better. But the spa area is different gravy. If it was twice the price, you wouldn’t be upset. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Stop...

"In my opinion fergus has many issues to address My room 101 was old and tired yes it had been painted but that was all The outlook was awful ...facing big red pipes...steps..and never got the sun .....never sat on it once ! The room above the loading bay so noisey mornings . The bathroom had issues for me ...the height of the towel rail ....no hooks to hang towels on ...there was a dividing wall from the sink to the shower and could not get to the bath plug without standing in the bath...

"Charming hotel with everything a traveller could want. The hotel itself is beautiful and ideally located. The breakfast is good; there's a warm swimming pool with nice sauna and jacuzzi. The staff are friendly and helpful. We can't imagine staying anywhere else -- highly recommend! "

. Hardly any queues to bar. Ok the lifts are a bit slow but if that’s the negative …. Definitely visit again "
