"lovely location and friendly helpful staff. Could be more hiking trails if one was to stay longer"

"Great place."

"It was a great experience for my fiancé and I. Pablo was very helpful and and had great recommendations for things to do."

"A beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location!"

"Beautiful views, friendly staff and the quality of the food was excellent"

"Super amazing and the best ever! Receptionist was the sister of the owner - and she was over the top helpful and hospitable! She gave me hot chocolate and snacks upon arrival, helped me with my bags downstairs, let me use their hose to do a quick rinse of my rental car, and helped me map out directions to a restaurant! Location, room, and breakfast were just as over the top incredible - beautiful lake views and access to water (free kayak!), clean room with small fridge and all necessary...

"Wonderful positioned hotel with view on the lake with very friendly staff. Very low price for this area. Clean, but some renovation (e.g. elevator) would make this a superb hotel..."

"The property is beautiful. Easy to find and very kind staff."

"Our stay was very pleasant. The owners were very kind. "

"Was the best experience ever the staff amazing the hotel the rooms wow everything! I love it!"

"The staff were very nice and helpful."

"I stayed in the hotel for 1 night . Everything was great except for 1 thing: the check out time was 10am. Most of the hotels I stay at have an 11am or noon check-out time. We advised the staff that they should consider changing it to 11am at least."

"Great hotel with view and excellent breakfast. Facilities like the pool could not be used as the pool was dirty. There is a sauna that is good. The beds were comfortable howevr shower area needs maintenance and so does some of the woodwork around thewindows.staff were attentive and helpful. Very close by car to the town of Villa Angostura "

"Beautiful setting! Comfortable rooms. Good restaurant."

"Excelente..."
