"Every thing was great. However, the day we check out, they didn’t mention the Santander airport opened at 5am. We left the hotel at 3am, waited out site the airport for 11/2hrs freezing until the doors open. No one at the hotel informed us of the airport schedule!!!"
"A terrific old school hotel with an amazing views and fantastic setting. Very understated and elegant. If not for couple of small quirks the stay would have been perfect. Chair on the room had wobly legs and was unsuitable for seating, the enclosed terrace had a chocolate wrapper on the floor for the entire 3-day stay and a nice upscale restaurant on premises somehow decided that serving butter in packets lime they do in buffets is ok."
"For a three star hotel, I was surprised by the attention to detail and friendliness of staff. Very helpful. Also they provided a top quality buffet breakfast. Clean and comfortable and only 10 minutes in a taxi from the airport."
