"We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to stay here rather than at a traditional hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming and ready to accommodate our every need. "Loved our stay in Quito. Edwin was an amazing host - picking us up late and dropping us back at the airport very early 5 days later. His apartment was perfect! Lovely secure apartment complex, beautifully decorated and everything in perfect order. Thank you very much. Highly recommend this place and Quito is a great place to visit!! "

"Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."
