the hotel is in a good location, you can walk everywhere, the personal was nice and helpful, the rooms where ok, the problem with the rooms is that they don't have a windows and they are really small, also they have a problem with the hot water every time that I need to take a shower at night I need to call reception to help me with the water. the good thing is that when was time to leave they give me more change to stay more time because we need it

Very clean, spacious room. The only thing that was surprising was that there were no windows to the outside in almost all of the rooms in the hotel, except on the third floor - only a small window into the courtyard. But that also meant that the room was very quiet and dark for sleeping.

Quiet room with excellent view of cathedral. Half a block from zocalo. Countless restaurants in walking distance. Very safe. Check in and checkout we easy since we prepaid.

Before I book I checked some reviews which me feel secure about this hotel. I stayed 2 nights, the first night the room was very cold but the staff provide blankets which helped a lot The second night was better warmer than the first I don't know how. It's a new hotel so everything is new I like it They don't have their own car park but they have a partner where you can pay or parking on the streets but it's secure everything was fine. I consider they need to improve the view from the terrace is amazing. I enjoyed.

The beds were hard and sheets worn. Very poor lighting in room. Hot water problem. Only one roll of toilet paper in room. Not enough towels.

The hotel is very clean and pretty, it needs a little upgrading here and there, but the staff it’s always ready to help and available to fix whatever problem you might have.

Was very clean. Upper terrace gave beautiful night views. Sunday breakfast not till 9 am. Difficulty communicating- staff did not speak English.

Great location. Great stay.
This hotel is in the heart of Choula, close to Centro, restaurants and amazing views. The rooms were clean and the hotel is super unique. The views were amazing. The only part I did not love was the parking situation. It was paid (super cheap) on the street. Since the location is close to Centro, it was hard to find parking close. But overall, the wifi was great (we have 2 teenagers), the restaurant looked great but we never ate there, and the staff was friendly. Overall a great stay.

Loved this hotel. Excellent staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. Our only issue was water took a long time to warm up and was not really hot. It was not a huge concern. We ate breakfastsny days at hotel. It was very good.

The property is located within walking distance to everything. The is a restaurant on premises and a variety of restaurants, coffee shops. pizza places and local food. When we revisit the area, will definitely stay again!

En general bien, cerca del centro, buena ubicación. El estacionamiento más cercano para dejar el carro por la noche fue a 15 min caminando. El Sr de Recepción NO nos ayudo con la pensión para dejar el auto y tuvimos que buscar por nuestra cuenta, nos recomendó una pensión cercana quienes nos dijeron que no recibía huéspedes de este hotel. Hasta en la noche un Sr muy amable nos dijo que podríamos dejarlo en en el parquímetro, ya que habíamos resuelto el problema, que por cierto nos tomo como 1 hora encontrar en donde dejar el carro. El colchón muy duro y el baño siempre olía mal y salía agua de las paredes.

Very nice historic building with updated rooms. Located 1/2 block from beautiful town square with restaurants, shops and outdoor vendors, surrounded by old churches that are lite at night made it that more special. Friendliest staff around that kept out parking meter feed while we slept after a long travel so we would not be cited! They were incredible 😁

The location and price are excellent. The food is very good and well priced. The beds are a little hard and they need additional blankets in the room but you can always ask for them at the front desk. The architecture of the hotel matches all the other traditional buildings. The front desk guy is very courteous and polite.

Best view of two volcanoes
This hotel has a rooftop that offers and absolutely best view in town - two volcanoes and all the churches. Perfect central location. Parking not available - but can park on the streets nearby

This is a cute little hotel with an excellent location. The manager and all the other people go far and beyond their duties to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are clean. The view from the rooftop is topnotch for pictures of the churches. There is a small restaurant on-site with decent food that won't make you sick.It has an elevator and in 2020 this hotel was only 1.5 years old.

Great location, great service!
We had a great stay! Jorge was amazing, helping us with parking and everything we needed in the hotel. It’s new and clean. The restaurant cooks yummy and affordable breakfasts, so convenient! You can walk to everywhere you need to in the city from the hotel.

Terrible if you have a car or if you like lobbies.
When we arrived, there was absolutely no place to park so we drove around for 1/2 hour before a cop demanded a bribe by making us go into a shoe store and pay her cash while the clerk was in the back looking for shoes. In the hotel, there was no lobby except for an empty restaurant and a room with an unplugged microwave , a bicycle leaning against the couch and the personal belongings of the employees in all the chairs. Always a long line at the cramped desk. Parking was provided in an unmarked garage several blocks away, but access in and out was so difficult that we just used an Uber and walked. Charming rooms. Nice balcony view upstairs.

Everything was great about the property, the staff was amazing, especially Saul Lopez BUT we found cockroaches in the room. Killed one and took it to the receptionist but the management never contacted us nor apologized. The breakfast time is way too late, we're early risers and they don't serve breakfast until 10. Other than that, the hotel is in excellent location!

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Staff are awesome and parking is easy and safe. Rooms are clean and pretty, showers are incredible. Why three stars? Pillows are like rocks, bedding is too small for the beds, and the beds are like sleeping (or not sleeping) on the rack. If they can do some work on the beds, I would come back, but no-one in my family got much sleep while we were there.

Perfectly located small hotel a block away from the Zócalo-town square. The size of the room was adequate and the shower and towels were fine. Roomy shower with plenty of hot water. Cons: hard bed and pillows which may not be an issue if you stay for a night or two but by the fourth night, my back started hurting. Even worse, no internet connection in the room.
