Room, while not large was very well arranged. Large shower. Clean and quiet. TV did not work, nothing solved after several requests. While not of hugh importance, would have been nice to view. Great location.

Not a large room, but arranged well. Great bathroom. Cleaning service each day.( Towels and bedding do not need to be changed if only staying two nights.) The bed was comfortable, but pillows not comfortable, too lumpy. Our tv did not work, did not seem a concern with the hotel. Great stay overall.

woldnt recomend!

photos are one thing, property looks very different in person.... i reserved a room with a street view, when i giot there i got what appeared to be the maintance room... luckily they own other hotels i the same street and were able to acomodate me into something siomilar to what i booked. because of that incident i might now stay there again!

El hotel está muy descuidado y el mobiliario está en mal estado. Las sabanas y toallas están desgastadísimas, viejas y percudidas. El calor se encierra terriblemente en la habitación y había polvo en diversas partes. Las almohadas son un saco de esponja. Por el costo que encontré en Expedia he estado en mejores alojamientos. Y los más de $900 que cuesta la habitación si llegas directo al hotel no lo valen. Fue un alojamiento incómodo porque además nos tocó de las ultimas habitaciones en el tercer piso y se siente abandonado. La televisión no se ve bien. Sentí alivio que solo me hospedé por una noche. Algo bueno es que está muy bien ubicado y no vi cucarachas ni chinches.

We hadden een kamer voor 2 nachten. Locatie was perfect vlakbij de Zocalo. Kamer erg gehorig en het bed was vreselijk hard met een viezige deken erop. 2e nacht erg warm, maar geen afstandsbediening van de airco op de kamer. Die konden we alleen krijgen met als borg ons paspoort. Na enige discussie met de receptionist mochten we 200 pesos als borg geven die we de volgende ochtend weer terugkregen.

Todo estuvo muy bien, está bien calidad precio, cabe resaltar que la regadera está muy bien ya que sale agua con presión y es fácil Regular la temperatura del agua, siempre se valora una buena ducha. El estacionamiento es con vallet y estuvo todo muy bien.

Pésimo servicio. La especificación que indica el alojamiento dice que tenía hasta las 11:30 pm para hacer check in, y cuando llegue (10 pm) me había cancelado la reserva sin previa notificación. Cabe aclarar que este hecho de llegar por la noche se notificó vía telefónica al recepcionista quien dijo que no había tema.
