Property was unique in regards to room decor and style. Staff was super friendly! Food was great and the views from the hotel were breathtaking.

Nice overnight getaway!

Just stayed for one night. About five minutes from downtown by taxi. Quiet neighborhood. View from rooftop bar balcony is cool especially if you can see the volcano. Included breakfast was coffee , breads and a fruit plate. Service was good overall. Met the manager and he was very friendly. Place is nice and quiet. Odd to have a louvered window in the shower that is right on the stairwell. Pleasant stay, quiet and relaxing.

The room was small. We needed to message ye staff any time we wanted to go in or out the hotel. Also the parking lot had a lick, so everytime we wanted to go to the car for something or go out, they needed to go and open out

Cumplen con el papel de darte el mejor servicio con lo que tienen. Todo muy lindo y el servico excelente. Es una casa adaptada en medio de unas calles en una colonia sin nada que ver, no hay privacidad alguna ya que los ruidos se escuchan por todos lados y el baño se encuentra dentro del cuarto separado solo por un ventanal transparente.

Las instalaciones por dentro estan bien pero te venden la habitación nochebuena con "vista a la montaña" y es mentira, lo unico que cambia es que tu vista es mas alta que las otras habitaciones. Te lo venden como con desayuno incluido y solo es fruta y cafe.

La limpieza está bien. La habitación regular en especial por que el baño tiene divisiones semi transparentes muy incomodo para hacer necesidades. El ventilador muy chafa, necesita aire acondicionado. La zona alrededor del hotel está fea y ruidosa (perros, gente y gallos). El desayuno empieza muy tarde. El estacionamiento fuera del hotel y sin sombra. NO VALE LO QUE CUESTA!

Spectacular rooftop restaurant/bar and awesome hospitality from the staff. Only minor complaint is the lack of non-vegetarian food available on the menu. I am definitely not a vegetarian and found it difficult to find something satisfying to eat. For a vegetarian, probably perfect. But not for me

La estancia fue bastante buena, el lugar es bastante limpio, muy buena atención por parte del personal y te brindan información para todos aquellos que somos nuevos en visitar el pueblo; el único punto que no me pareció es que se escucha mucho el ruido exterior o de otras habitaciones. Por todo lo demás sin problema alguno

la limpieza esta bien el lugar poco mal adaptado y lo malo es que incluye el desayuno pero no le dicen a uno que es lo que lo integra uno pide algo mas y tiene costo y lo mismo pasa ponen varios shampoos y no dice que tienen costo, lo cual no se me hace honesto

La experiencia fue buena y la familia que es dueña del hotel son muy amables. Queda a distancia caminando del zócalo (unos 12-15 min), tienen un terreno en la misma calle donde se puede estacionar el auto. Además de forma opcional ofrecen servicio de masaje (viene un terapista a tu misma habitación y trae la camilla y materiales). Nuestro principal problema fue el ruido, ya que se oye mucho tanto las personas del pasillo como el exterior (perros y un gallo principalmente)
