"Rooms are ok. The bathrooms have no fan. The console for the tv was about a foot away from the wall. The music at night is very loud and can be heard from the room. Staff are friendly but little info was given at check in. Breakfast is good but it’s the same food everyday. Outdoor pool area is ok. The loungers could use a clean. Bird poop and spilled food all over them. It would be nice to have more food options for kids. "

"Our Villa was clean and ready when we arrived. Check in was easy and staff were very friendly and helpful. We were driven by golf cart to our room and bags were brought up to us.
