Their kitchen is down. I wish we would have had a heads up since meals are included. They just had microwave options.

What a pleasant surprise! The room was as described - clean and comfortable! The spike room felt like your own personal pantry stocked with coffee, muffins, donuts, cereal, cold sandwiches , yogurt , fruits , frozen foods, chips , beverages etc. Free laundry was a great convenience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Can't wait to be back here soon

This being a lodge where oil workers stay, and considering its remote location, I was surprised at how comfortable, clean and quiet it was. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Friendly helpful staff. Great facilities, free laundry, great variety of food & snacks. best chicken soup ever. downside is you need to checkin by 7pm, which makes it difficult to visit from Fairbanks. And staying at Coldfoot is outrageously expensive

A clean warm room - and hot shower - at the end of a long road with incredibly helpful, pleasant staff. Better than many inner city chain hotels we’ve stayed at.

For where it is it is a great property and the staff were wonderful. We had dinner at the adjacent Aurora hotel for Father’s Day - exceptional.

This place is amazing. The staff that we talked to treated us like they had known us for years. Super friendly! I would stay here again if we drove the Dalton again.

There aren't many options where to stay in Deadhorse. The staff were very helpful in checking me in and explaining to me the guests complimentary food area for eating. Rooms were small but clean. There aren't many places to eat BF or dinner but their 7-11 type of eating area provided plenty of fresh and frozen choices. You could eat in the adjacent area or carry the food to your room. Also there was a complimentary laundry area. I would recommend this place to stay if you have to go to Deadhorse.

The place is in poor condition, nobody was at the front desk and I had to call someone on the phone. I was told to go to a room without a key and found the door propped open with a trash can. The room didn’t have any bath towels (only face cloth and hand towel) and the toilet wasn’t clean. Since nobody was at the front desk, I figured I would talk to them in the morning. Of course, nobody was there when I tried to check out. I left…

Hello Mike,Brooks camp is a oilfield support camp. And there are always ongoing repairs here. We strive to provide our guest with a clean and comfortable environment. As stated on our expedia site our check in times are from 6 am to 7pm and you arrived around 10:00 pm after hours. Even though he was asleep after a grueling 14 hour day; our billeting clerk Taveon accommodated you. It is true that doors are propped open by trashcans to quickly show that the room is empty and available. After inspection of the room after you departed we did find a small water stain in the bottom of the stool, which is very common with all the minerals in the water. Your only legitimate complaint were the missing towels, and we made up for that by discounting your room by 25 dollars even though towels are readily available on shelves outside of the billeting office. Your negative review is the first for Brooks Camp and we don't take it lightly. We are currently implementing new housekeeping procedures to hopefully prevent this from happening again.Thank you for your review,Brooks Camp Management

This is not like a hotel in the lower 48, this is a work camp place to stay. Room, halways and spike room were clean and quiet! Spike room had a good variety of food. Bed was soft and room was small. Accomadations was wonderful after 11 hours on the road from Fairbanks.

As a work camp hotel, it is modern, clean and in great shape. It seems pretty new. Staff is friendly, helpful and happy . Outside is an industrial city currently muddy due to spring thaw.

Great place!
Basic, clean, no-nonsense accommodations above the arctic circle. As a bonus, both the laundry facilities & crew cafeteria are available to guests at no extra charge. I was checked in by Taveon, who was very friendly & helpful.

Comfortable workers accommodation
A great place to stay if you are up in Deadhorse. It is a camp mainly for workers but does allow travellers. It is new and clean. The rooms are basic but functional with an ensuite. Deadhorse is not a tourist town but if you want to see where all Trans Alaska Pipeline starts and you have had a long trip the Dalton then Brooks Camp is a good place to have a night or two.

The guy took care of my transportation between the airport and the hotel was very kind! He took me to the room and showed me where I can get food. The room is small and almost no amenities but it was very clean.

The staff stated that Expedia did not have a reservation relationship with Brooks Camp, and no reservation existed for us. Fortunately, they had an upgraded room we could rent for one night. The staff was helpful.

Great place!
Motorcycle ride to Deadhorse. The hotel (camp billetl was clean, comfy, and included all meals. Would recommend!

unique experience to share the lodging with oilfield workers. the only remark i have is that the room advertised by expedia as “single bed / two people “ is actually for one person. i had to pay a higher price on the spot for a bunk bed room
