The property was very clean. We quickly ran out of the box of tissue in the bathroom, the toilet didn't flush well, but the WORST of all was that the curtain wasn't long enough to cover the whole window.We slept with the bright outside light in our eyes all night, along with any passing car's headlights .

I didn’t like that the bathroom faucet was hard to get to work for getting cold or hot water. It was very loose and hard to control the temp. We had to have our room keys programmed 4 different times in the 2 days we were there. The receptionist was very nice and the cook did a great job on the breakfast.

I wanted a room with two queens and got two fulls. Called office for batteries for tv remote and she said we could have some if we came to office to get them. It is pretty old and worn so I paid too much for what it was. It did smell clean and not musty.

The hotel room was clean, everything was in working order and in good condition. The beds were soft and the gym had the equipment I like to use. I’d definitely stay again!

across the hall the people left their big dogs while they went out for the evening. the dogs barked till 1:00 in the morning. I complained many times. They said that they could do anything and that I would get a discount for my troubles. I have not received a discount of any kind for the trouble. I paid good money and I got a big headache.

The room was clean but the furniture was ripped - both the chair and the bed skirt. It's overall a bit rundown but we like the restaurant in the building. No need to get in the car again. The breakfast is good. None of the outside doors worked as they should and were mostly propped open.

Overall a good value, a comfortable bed, decent enough breakfast, and the front desk staff were very friendly & efficient. But definitely a few areas that could be improved. The good: Quick welcoming professional service at the front desk every time The breakfast staff were also very kind, and efficient in refreshing the breakfast foods Beds were very comfortable Shower was hot & water pressure was very good Fridge & microwave came in handy WiFi worked well The “ok”: Hotel is definitely old & worn down - room needs new paint, lighting, furnishings, etc Right next to the freeway so there is some highway noise through the night Pet friendly so just beware if you are allergic, or sensitive to some occasional barking Breakfast seating is very limited, & food options are limited/not varied. In the 3 mornings we ate there it was: scrambled eggs, pork sausage patties, one waffle maker, yogurts, muffins, toast, dry cereal, oranges & green apples. The not good: No elevators, and the stairs are somewhat narrow, with railing only on one side…it was a difficult to manage with luggage One morning there was a dog with the staff in an employee room connected to the breakfast area. Staff were observed moving directly between that room & the room they brought the food out from, which could give opportunity for tracking pet dander between. Some of the more detailed corners in the room and bathroom were not cleaned well (dusty, stray hair, crumbs behind the trash can)

There were dogs in the rooms that were barking late at night and early in the morning. We felt very uncomfortable there. We also had a hard time finding places to plug in our cell phones to recharge them.

Our room was labeled non smoking but had a string smell of smoke, things were generally worn and spoke of an aged property that could use some extra TLC. The front desk guy was very friendly and moved our room assignments so we could at least be on the same floor with our sons, originally we were in two different floors. The vents in the bathrooms allowed lighting from the neighbors and very little privacy. The sheets were cheap and pilled and the towels were like sandpaper. The continental breakfast was good and the location was very convenient with a brand new Target within walking distance.

The worst costumer service and hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my lifetime. Two nights stay was terrible with regards to the door keys that don’t work . First night keys don’t work so I couldn’t open my room , we have to walk back and forth to the front desk (which is far) , they reprogrammed the keys but still didn’t work. They finally changed my room . We went out for dinner and voila ! We were locked out again both from outside the building and our room . We had to walk to the front desk again to have it fixed. Second day it worked in the morning but afternoon I was going out for a graduation but left my glasses , returned in 1 minute , of course I was locked out again . Walked back and forth to the front desk . The lady finally walked back with me the second time to open the door for me. Frustrating ! The facility is old and smelly . We found dirty socks in the room from maybe previous occupant . I would have changed hotel same night if only I could refund . Come check out time , I was getting my receipt , they refused to give me saying I booked 3rd party. I have been booking through 3rd party 10 yrs now traveling the world , never had a single issue getting a receipt. But this particular hotel Ramada in Provo , adamantly refused to give me my receipt even though I paid in property , swiped my card in front of their face . What’s the deal ??? Will never ever stay there again !

The staff was fabulous!!! My room waa clean and well stoked with linen. The restaurant connected to the hotel was esthetically perfect for the ambiance of the hotel and the area.

Didn’t realize there was no elevator and our room was on the second floor. When I asked if we could get a ground floor room the check in clerk said it was completely booked. It was only 15 minutes into the check in time. My husband and I are in our 70s and I was a bit upset we couldn’t be helped. She basically told me I could cancel the reservation and go somewhere else. I was very tempted to but wouldn’t be able to get refunded without considerable effort and this was the first stop on an extended trip. The room itself was comfortable but I felt it would have been nice to know there was no elevator.

Staff was great, the room was fine. I did use the workout room and it was very small, so small that it heated up quickly. Fortunately there was no one else working out when I was, otherwise it would not have been good.

The key cards don't work. Went to the front office four times before someone finally came and helped. By that time two other people were trying to get into their rooms as well and the cards wouldn't work.
