and massage facilities and services were great. The hot breakfast buffet was a plus. The restaurant was a little expensive, landing between bistro and fine dining but not clear as to which it wanted to be. The receptionist who checked us in and out was great. "

"It was a super cozy room within a beautiful house. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and were very happy to share many local tips and recommendations for our stay (and gave us great insights into French culture and other traveling destinations). The contintenal breakfast was also very nice and included a yummy selection of french boulangerie and handmade mermelades. I fully recommend the property!"

"Small hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. I am a very light sleeper and my room was right next to the elevator and the elevator shaft. I asked to be changed and the front desk manager was so helpful. The room I was then given was in tbe very corner of the top floor and very quiet and peaceful. "

"Ok so if you want a modern unfriendly hotel do not choose here but if you want a beautiful traditional chateau with themed rooms, admittedly some oddities as all old chateaus have but beautiful, and lovely staff with an amazing breakfast this is amazing as is Provins generally. Be advised you do need passable French to make things easier but if you are off to France guys it’s the least you can do!!"
