We loved the property. Staff was very helpful. Our room was beautiful. Clean and modern. Nice kitchen and large doors opening up to the oceanfront balcony. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Extremely convenient location-easily walkable to many restaurants and shopping and a grocery store. Quiet vibe as there aren’t very many rooms-the pool, while beautiful, was often nearly empty. Only downside was the music from the nearby club at night. Not terrible, but definitely noticeable in our bedroom.

Outstanding staff, clean rooms, beautiful views, 24/7 security, a very quiet property with few very young children around. Convenient to shopping, grocery, and restaurants, most walkable within 3/4 of a mile or so. Very well lit walkways at the main road. It is a bit expensive, but for this area, I have learned that is a bit relative. There is not much more available for much less than we paid. Overall, I would say I got my money’s worth.

We loved the location and facility. At night there is a nearby club that plays very loud music late into the night. Probably not a problem if you have a room facing the ocean. However if your room faces the Ritz Carlton you will definitely hear it.

We loved our stay at Bianca Sands. It was walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, shopping and the Casino next door. The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. It was very clean and we felt very safe. We will definitely be coming back!

Another blissful stay on Grace Bay
Third time we have stayed here, each time in a ground floor ocean view 2 BR unit. Property has a phenomenal location on beach adjacent to all the shops and restaurants of Regent Village, next door to the new Ritz and its wonderful restaurants and across from the large Gourmet Supermarket (anything you would want to prepare meals in the condo but pricey!) Staff tries very hard. Its not five star service but the beach and pool areas are very nice and quiet as most units appear to not be in the rental pool and many were dark. I loved that I could also walk to the wonderful golf course (about 1 mile) as we didnt have any need for a car.

Deceptive Marketing at Bianca Sands
The site is totally deceptive. This is NOT a luxury property. It is a condo that has some rooms rented out as a hotel. The location is great right on the beach but there are ZERO services whatsoever. To have to dig in a laundry bin inside of a closet for towels for the pool is an all time low for a property that charges what they do.

This resort was awful and ww left after 1 day. They have zero amenities and their website is deceptive. Same price as the Ritz and it had all the amenities (we did not stay there but is a point of reference). People were rude and the place was dirty. All in all, a horrible experience.

Completely amazed at this property and 5 star staff. We were expecting a hotel style room and when we walked in our jaw hit the floor. Full, luxury condo style, apartment with large balcony overlooking the ocean, living room with sectional couch, kitchen' and 2 bathrooms!! The staff was absolutely amazing, helpful, and knowledgeable in all areas. Great location and with in walking distance of a shopping strip and restaurants. We are hopeful to return next summer for another amazing trip!!!

When we arrived there was a pool of water on the floor by the bathroom. Something was wrong with the air conditioner so we had maintenance in our room about 10 min after arrival. Staff was friendly until we had to Covid test to return and my husband tested positive. You could sense the immediate change like he had the plague. My family was leaving the country and my husband had to stay behind. Bianca Sands would not allow late check out. We only asked for 1 1/2 hrs and they would offer him no discount to stay and not have to find accommodations elsewhere. There was barely any guests yet we were told they were booked and someone was taking our room at 3 that same day. If that actually was the case I bet the guests were not informed someone with Covid checked out 4 hours earlier. They handled this situation terribly and could have been friendly and helpful. It is not like we wanted this either. Would not go back.

Bianca Sands is GORGEOUS! It's a resort that manages the owned units there. The beach is phenomal, the staff was available immediately to see if we needed anything. We were relaxed right away. The accommodations are amazing. It was quiet when we were there May 18 - 22, 2022. Perfect for us traveling with teens (although almost too quiet for the teens - though they could walk right to a club, shopping & coffee from there on their own). Perfect vacation! We will return

Amazing experience
Our experience at Bianca Sands on Grace Bay exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and on the spot with everything. The bar cocktails were delicious and the space was comfortable. The location is amazing- from the stretch of beach just outside the resort to the variety of restaurants and shops within steps of the front door. We couldn't have asked for more!

First of all the property was beautiful, the room/ accommodations were beyond my expectations. It was as if we had the resort to our selves, very quite, tranquil, which was exactly what we were looking for. If I was to complain about anything, it would be no breakfast in bed option, but found we could easily function without. Can't wait to come back!!!

The property was beautiful and located directly on Grace Bay Beach with access from the hotel. The resort is an assortment of condo units that are rented out to vacationers, and they have staff to service certain guests’ needs. I would consider this more of an Airbnb with limited services/amenities of a hotel. Pros - Location is excellent. You walk out to the village shops and restaurants Direct access to the beach Friendly, helpful security and staff They have pool/beach drink and beverage service but you have to hunt the right people down since management has hired few people for this role (I saw someone maybe once and he was tied up). But they don’t have a restaurant / kitchen on-site and have to share with a neighboring establishment so while I didn’t order myself, I imagine it may be faster to buy your own food and bring it to the hotel. Clean, comfortable accommodations with kitchenette Cons Staff only around from 8-8pm, so if you need something outside of those hours you’re out of luck No ice machines. And if you need ice (or anything) outside of the above stated hours, you won’t get it. Few amenities - no restaurant, room service, entertainment, shuttles, etc. there is a gym, but they’re a bit disorganized on use. ie, we were told you need to schedule a time to use it when given the tour at check in. We tried calling front desk and no response, so we walked downstairs and were told it should be open and we can freely walk in for use.

Bianca sands was lovely. We have visited many islands in the past. This was by far the cleanest and friendliest island in the Caribbean. The hotel Pool is the prettiest I have ever seen. The beach is immaculate and so beautiful. The accomodations were just what we needed for a fmaily of 4. 2 BR and 1 bath with a living room and stocked kitchen. While the hotel does not have a restaurant or any room service, there is the nicest staff member (Shawn) that brings water, menu and will pick up food for you and deliver it to the pool and beach. The receptionist will make reservations for activities or meals. Lovely lovely staff and hotel. We will be back.

Condominium complex, so limited food/drink (staff will run you both from a local restaurant, but frequency/time is limited). No restaurant or bar on premises, although a number of establishments down the street, Unit was well appointed, good-sized kitchen. One bedroom much colder than the other. Housekeeping came in (or tried to) fairly early (9:30 am). Pool/beach towel distribution process should be improved upon (you need to hunt down a hotel employee to get a towel).

Our second time here, super luxurious two br right on beach Great pool and exercise room Staff couldnt have been nicer, the beach boy will bring you food from the nice restaurant around the corner Walking distance to many restaurants Went to gourmet market and bought things for breakfast and lunch

I'll be back!
What a great resort! I wanted to stay uptown because its so walkable. This resort had it all. My room was basically a one bedroom condo overlooking a beautiful stretch of beach. It was a 5-10 min walk to numerous restaurants, shops, and bars/lounges. Pleasantly although its in a hot area it's positioned perfectly for privacy and quiet. The staff was great and the rooms were exceptionally clean. I will definitely stay again.

We stayed Aug 2021, beach front - amazing views! Beach was perfect and heated pool was great way to end the day. This isn't a typical 'hotel', no restaurants on site but beach and pool service was still provided and tons of restaurants within easy walking distance. Will definitely return!

Great location and hotel is very clean and nice. They have no bar or restaurants within hotel, but get to know Shawn as soon as you arrive and he will get everything you need while you enjoy your time on the beautiful beach.
