"We had a two bedroom suite. However, in the one bedroom with two beds, there was only one lamp for reading. The air conditioning was slow to respond to new request requested temperatures. Other than these two disappointments, the rooms were good. The staff, generally, was very friendly and helpful."

"There was a very bad smell which the receptionist claims it is from the Neibor and they can’t do anything!!! There is no elevator for 3 story building. There was no paper towel in the room. The regular towel was ripped. There was no room service. "

"The property was great and the staff were all friendly and super helpful. We had an ocean front room but we could barely see the ocean plus we were on the first floor so we saw more green than anything. Would definitely go back but highly recommended a top floor with ocean view room. The other thing that would be great is if the property had some music a couple nights a week. There isn’t much to do in the evening besides dinner. Overall, we had a great stay!"

"Yes enjoyed the pool and the golf cart ride back & forth to the beautiful beach, which is only .50 miles away was very convenient! Daniel the resort attendent was awesome to deal with and extremely helpful and informative. I loved this resort.i was booked into a suite which was like a 3 room aptmt, with a couch that pulled out into a full size Bed!! I am ready to book my stay for my next vacation!"

"Our 5th time on this gorgeous island over the past 10 years - Staying 7 nights at this property for the first time. We booked the room through Expedia where this is a VIP access property and free upgrade was included but was never offered (given property seems relatively empty, assuming availability). Rooms: - Quite dated.. dirt and grime on the shades and the bathroom. We found couple of large glass bottle shards on the sofa and hesitating to let our 11 month roam around. - One AC for the entire cottage. Booked this place because it is advertised in Expedia as AC in the bedroom. Due to this reason - you pretty much have to leave doors open at all times and defeats the purpose of having a two bedroom cottage. Service: - Security staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff (Ruth) is extremely rude and acts like she hates her job and everyone involved in the process. We discussed this with other guests and everyone feels the same. Every morning, we need to endure this for the breakfast.. - Breakfast is the exact same plate everyday. It is not continental as advertised and they prep and serve the same plate. You can order extras to balance it which we've been doing. Location: - No concerns here. If you didn't do any research to find out this is not a beach property, that'd be on you. We have a rental car and that gets us anywhere we like. Beach had umbrella and chairs, no service. Overall: - If I knew these cottages are so old and lacking amenities at ~$500 per nig"

"The room was very clean. We had a partial beach view and the Staff was nice. However, the issues we reported to them never got addressed and no ever got back to us. We had an icemaker that wasn’t working and water from the shower was draining partially down the drain and partially into our bathroom. We arrived Sunday and had ice. We called the front desk Monday morning and told them that the ice maker wasn’t working and it never got fixed by the time we left on Saturday. We went to the butler and got ice then 2 hours later someone called and asked if we wanted ice. we reported the problem with the drain to a housekeeper. She said she would take care of it. they took care of it by putting two rugs at the entrance of the shower. We reported it to the front desk. Nothing was ever done and nobody ever got back to us about anything."
